TCT Nutraceuticals develops and fills lip balm for brand owners at its GMP certified factory in Puchong, Selangor. The base is a nourishing, protective formula for dry lips. What makes it yours is up to you: the texture, the scent, the color direction and the claims on the pack. Our R&D team works from a library of more than 1,000 ingredients and has developed over 10,000 formulations for more than 400 clients in 40 countries, so a new lip balm rarely starts from a blank page.
How a lip balm order works
- You send a brief: the feel, scent and positioning you want, and a reference product if you have one.
- We propose a formula and prepare a sample.
- You approve the sample, and the pack and label are agreed.
- The batch is made, checked by our QC team and released to you.

The factory runs under GMP Malaysia, ISO 22716 and ISO 9001:2015. It also holds Malaysian Halal certification and works to US FDA compliance.
